OIA Global Acquires U.S. Worldwide Logistics, Inc.

Acquisition Strengthens OIA’s North America Capabilities

OIA Global has acquired U.S. Worldwide Logistics, Inc. (USWWL), a Kentucky-based domestic and international freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution services provider. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
