OIA Global Obtains Majority Ownership of TriMAX Joint Venture

OIA Global, a leading worldwide logistics and packaging solutions provider, announced today that it has obtained majority equity in its TriMAX JV, and formed OIA Global Vietnam Co., Ltd.

OIA Global originally formed TriMAX Logistics JV Co. Ltd. with operations in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The corporation now owns a majority stake in the operation.
