Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics named Alisha Gonzalez, Senior Director of Freight Forwarding Operations – US at OIA Global, one of the 2024 Women in Supply Chain Award winners. The award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women at all levels of a company’s supply chain network. 

Alisha has demonstrated remarkable leadership and innovation throughout her career, particularly in her current role at OIA Global, where she has been instrumental in optimizing operations and driving business growth. Her strategic initiatives have resulted in streamlined processes and enhanced customer satisfaction, solidifying OIA Global’s reputation as an industry leader.  

Beyond her professional achievements, Alisha advocates for diversity and inclusion in the supply chain industry, actively mentors and empowers others, and serves as an inspiring example of perseverance and success, particularly as a mother balancing a demanding career.
